1. Service area
We currently deliver in 25+ cities, with a primary hub in Gurugram, Haryana (including Sector 45 and nearby NCR localities shown as serviceable in the app). Enter your pincode in the app or on checkout to confirm availability. We do not ship outside India.
2. Delivery fee
- Standard delivery fee: ₹20 per order.
- Free delivery when the item total (before delivery fee) is ₹299 or more.
- No hidden handling charge is added at the door except COD collection of the billed amount.
3. Delivery timelines
Orders are delivered in the slot you select at checkout, typically:
- Same day / next available slot for dairy and fresh produce in core Gurugram zones, subject to cut-off times shown in the app.
- 1–2 days for staples, grains, oil and ghee if not stocked in the nearest dark store.
Weather, traffic, festivals and high order volume can delay a slot. We will notify you by SMS, call or in-app update. A delay does not automatically cancel the order unless you ask us to cancel before dispatch.
4. Shipping method
Goods are packed in insulated or standard grocery bags as needed and handed to our delivery staff or contracted last-mile partners. We do not use third-party courier “tracking numbers” like e-commerce parcels; you track the order status inside the Prime Farmers app.
5. Address and failed delivery
Please keep the phone reachable and provide a complete address with landmark and pincode. If we cannot deliver because the address is wrong, the recipient is unavailable after reasonable attempts, or access is denied, the order may be marked failed. Perishable items from a failed delivery generally cannot be re-shipped. Refunds for failed delivery caused by us follow the refund policy; failed delivery caused by an incorrect address may not be refunded in full for perishable goods.
6. Inspection at door
Please check seals on milk and dairy, and count items, at the door. Report missing or damaged goods immediately or within the window in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Title and risk
Title and risk pass to you when the order is handed over at the delivery address (or to a person you authorise at that address).
